This North-Indian dish made with soaked chickpeas and aromatic whole spices consists of a mildly spicy and tangy-tomato based curry. Although this dish is a heaven-sent-sin, the chickpeas, like other lentils are a good source of protein and fiber which makes it a soul-nourishing and filling meal.
