Moong Dal Halwa (Dessert)

A Yellow Lentil Pudding prepared with “Moong Dal” (yellow lentils), “ghee” (clarified butter), almond, pistachio, cardamom, and sugar. This is a delicacy rich in flavour and aroma, and if made from scratch - requires a lot of patience and love to prepare before being presented to your loved ones. The yellow lentils are responsible for the natural yellow colour of the dish, making it look unique and appetising.
