Malai Kofta is a royal Indian dish with Mughlai flavours. It consists of a creamy cashew curry with spices (extremely mild to taste) for aroma, along with melt-in-mouth “kofta” (balls) made of cottage cheese, raisins & potatoes. An all-time favourite for those who stay on the fence about spices.

Suggested serving: Malai kofta is best savoured with Naan or “roti” (Indian flatbread)
Variation: (In case of leftover Malai curry, add our authentic cottage cheese/paneer to this dish to transform the dish into a whole new cottage cheese dish called "Paneer Pasanda")
