Dudhi Halwa (Dessert)

This Bottle Gourd Pudding dessert is made with “Dudhi” (Bottle Gourd) and is a very satisfying dish to end a meal with. Dudhi is stirred in “ghee” (clarified butter), sugar, and natural aromatic spices like Cardamom and nuts such as almonds and pistachios.

Serving suggestion:

• Meant to be enjoyed as is (add some milk if desired and reheat).
